Hi everyone!
I'm new to the site, though not new to dieting! I'm hoping to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF this time, so time for a fresh new start!
About me:
I am a 22 year old female in CO.
I gain and lose the same 10-20 lbs OVER AND OVER AND OVER...
My over all goal is to lose 50lbs, but i'm splitting that into more manageable goals of 5 lbs each.
I'm also trying my own version of Atkins, since nothing else works for me.
