New to 3FC
Hi everyone!
I'm new to the site, though not new to dieting! I'm hoping to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF this time, so time for a fresh new start! About me: I am a 22 year old female in CO. I gain and lose the same 10-20 lbs OVER AND OVER AND OVER... My over all goal is to lose 50lbs, but i'm splitting that into more manageable goals of 5 lbs each. I'm also trying my own version of Atkins, since nothing else works for me. Wish me luck!:carrot: |
Hello and welcome... Ahhhhh the frustration of losing and gaining. :( But hang in there and perhaps you would want to join in some of our exercise challenges, etc. It really helps to have a team to encourage one another.

Ditto on Misti - sometimes the best way to overcome a slump is to join a challenge, either one of the group ones set up here on the board, or a personal challenge (my exercise minutes ticker is a personal challenge). It can really give you something solid to work toward.
If you are talking about needing to lose 10-20 lbs only, you have a whole set of needs that are specific to you...try looking at our "Featherweights" forum, which is specifically for those with a smaller amount to lose to support eachother. Keep posting! Look forward to hearing from you! Amanda |
