Default TurboJam ready

Hi all
I just joined this site, and I am ready to get this weight off. I ordered TJ awhile back and did it a few times. I really liked it even though I am not great at the moves yet. However, I have not been motivated enough to do it on a reg. schedule. I am home for the summer, (teacher) and I would love to find some other TJers that would like to check in daily for support and accountability. Hope to hear from yall!

hey girl, I'll join you on this!!!! I have turbo jam and LOVE IT! I do it every day when I come home from work around 5-6pm! let's do it!!!!

I would love to join you. I love Turbojam but I need a little motivation to stick with it too.

Glad to have a few responses. Today was completely hectic, and I have not had a minute. I hope to do some sort of TurboJam tomorrow. I have not routinely exercised in awhile but knowing I have to check in with yall will help. Anyone else interested, please join in.

Ladies
Hey, I thought that we could continue on this thread throughout the week and then starting on Sun. or Mon start a weekly thread. We could post our plan for the week and then edit. I definitely need the push to do it, so I hope yall continue to post. Curious... do most of you workout in the am or pm and what Turbo Jam do you do. I only have the original pack from BeachBody. I would like to attempt to follow the schedule that was sent with the package. That is if I can handle it. Ok-check in tomorrow.

Heather your plan sounds great to me. I workout in the morning.I didn't do Turbo Jam today but I did get my 3 mile walk/jog in.I will try to get the 20 minute Jam in tonight.

I do my turbo jam in the morning before I go to work. Like you I only have the basic and I plan on doing the schedule that came with it. I didnt do turbo jam today but I plan to start on saturday. The thread idea sounds good. Lindsey

Ok-I will start a new thread on Sun. or Mon.-whatever yall want. let me know. I will prob. start on Sat. as well because my youngest sister will be gone by then. This is going to be great. I plan to do my exercise in the am as well. ROCK IT LADIES!!!

I'm in....but I only have the first video...so I don't know what the "schedual" is.
I love Turbo Jam...usually I work out in the morning, before work...and before anyone else in my house is awake.

I would love to join in! I haven't ordered it yet but plan to. I am making myself to commit to the exercise dvds I have that are around here gathering dust before I allow myself to order them (currently I am exercising to Leslie Sansone's WATP).
Just curious how many minutes is the workout?

Ok, to get this started, I'd like to say I just finished my 2nd day of Turbo Jam by doing Learn and Burn. Tomorrow, I'm gonna try the 20 minute workout!

Glad to see everyone!!! Unfortunately, my last few days have been nonstop with relatives at the house and my hubby getting ready to leave for 10 days. (Navy) BUT, I am glad to see the thread going again and plan to exercise tomorrow.

I have the the CD with learn/burn, 20 minute workout and Turbo Sculpt.
I really love the workouts, but would love to see the ab workout as well.

I did 35 minutes this morning before work...great way to start the day!
