what do you guys do when you know you are in between sizes...how do you feel pretty when your things are either too big or too small...the only stuff thats not too small on me right now are things that are meant to hide the tummy...therefore making me look pregnant...i know i look better than i did when i started but i don't feel pretty today....

I understand completely. Right now I am between a 16 and a 14 for my pants. The 16's are loose and I have to keep pulling them up but the 14 are too tight. I stay positive because I know that I am losing weight and I know in the long run I will look beautiful! I hope that helps!

Same problem here. Either it's falling off or a little snug. Just gotta stay positive.

I know what you mean..it's sooo frustrating..because you know that you are almost there to the smaller size..but you still have to get the bigger size to be comfortable....hang in there, b/c I am sure you will get there before you know it

One thing that may help is layering (which I know is hard in the summer). Today, for instance, I've got a muffin top with the pants I'm wearing (they used to fit until I recently gained a bit). So I'm wearing a very long top to try to camaflauge how my pants don't really fit right now.

Sometimes it takes trying on 3 outfits or so until you find something moderately tolerable. Like everyone else said, you just sort of have to tough it out.

Being in between sizes can be a pain. The problem for me is I can't go clothes shopping for my European trip in August yet. I wouldn't know if the clothes will still fit me when it comes time to leave. I'll have to wait until a week before my trip to buy some light travel pants I want.

yup...totally annoying. i buy a few basics in each size because i dont want to be stuck with a ton of clothes that are too big. i am almost down to my goal, so i cant wait till i can go on a shopping spree. again, i try to stick to basic stuff and just know how great i'll look in all my new clothes. i do buy a few nice pieces so that i can wear out and stuff....but keep positive!

I agree with GoodbyeChubby that layer helps a lot. Eventhought it is summer I normally wear a tank top under what I am wearing.

My sisters always laugh when I go clothing shopping because I buy everything tight now and say "well give it time and it will fit." I keep having to spend money on clothing because I don't anything that fit. I know winter will be a killer becuase I'll have to buy all new stuff.

when i am inbetween sizes i use a simple little thing called a belt because as my pants get too big on me they get down graded into my work jeans. and i by the next smaller size for the weekends.

I could have written this!
None of my clothes fit me right now... they are either too big or too small (and the sizes all range from 8-14). When I was gaining weight I must have been this size at some point! What did I wear then??

All the work clothes I have been wearing are too baggy and hanging off but I hate wearing tight clothes!

Oh well - its just motivation to lose more weight, right?

I don't feel pretty at all lol. I'm still wearing the same clothes I was 64lbs ago tbh (jumpers/wap around cardigans/blouses and black trousers) I guess I'm just having major issues though because I can't 'see' the weight loss - people at work mention it and my close colleagues tell me they're proud of me but I just can't relax until I hit goal. If i become happy then I become complacent and I fail.

Sorry this hasn't really answered your question - I really don't know - I literally buy stuff when existing stuff is falling down (trousers lol)
