Good morning!
So I've been trying to lose weight on my own for a while...NOT working! I did WW for a while (on my own - too cheap - LOL!) and actually lost 17 lbs...but then I stopped counting points and it all came back...guess I will have to be a lifer when it comes to counting.
It's not that the counting is a pain or anything...maybe I'm just too lazy to remember...I think I need to keep a notebook in my purse ALL THE TIME! If I start to try keeping track in my head, it all goes to h*ll in a handbasket...
So, here's to keeping track and keeping it off!
