Good morning!
 
So I've been trying to lose weight on my own for a while...NOT working! I did WW for a while (on my own - too cheap - LOL!) and actually lost 17 lbs...but then I stopped counting points and it all came back...guess I will have to be a lifer when it comes to counting.

It's not that the counting is a pain or anything...maybe I'm just too lazy to remember...I think I need to keep a notebook in my purse ALL THE TIME! If I start to try keeping track in my head, it all goes to h*ll in a handbasket...

So, here's to keeping track and keeping it off!

Have you thought about calorie counting? It doesn't cost anything.

I wasn't anywhere near a WW when I joined online and they sent me this bracelet that you could count points with. It was numbered and you moved the counter to keep track. I'm sure you could make one if your crafty.

Have you tried core? You can eat as much as you need TO FEEL FULL.....
of certain foods....fruit veggies whole wheat breads and pastas. if you want potatos or white bread or pasta then you get 35 points a week that you can use towards it....
