Default BFL for Women Question!

I just started the BFL program--one week down, 11 to go. I'm wondering as I look at the before and after pics of the women in the book if the "after" pics are after just 12 weeks on the program and if they're doing anything else to get to look that good---or are those the results I can expect if I follow the program religiously?!?!!

I think it depends on where those women started. In both the men & women books, you'll see some of them state that was them after their third session or so forth. Mel even posted here once that some of those people achieved their results using some other plan, and just submitted photos. After all, these people had their results before the book was published, so it makes sense they used all kinds of techniques for their photo to be included in the book.

So, I think for where you are starting from, it's quite possible that you will see great results and be where you want to be in 11 more weeks, but so much depends on how strict you are with your nutrition too. Good Luck!!
