Default It's good to be back!

Hello!! I haven't been to 3FC in so long, but I am back!! I have lost a lot of weight since I started and am at 156 now, my goal is 145 and I need a kick in the butt to get it done! I've been wanting to lose these last 10-15lbs for soooo long that I just need to make it happen! I'm glad to be back, 3FC is such a supportive environment, I can't wait to reach my goal!!

Any tips for the last 10-15 would be great!!

Haley

Hey! Welcome back!

Check out the Featherweights forum here in the Support area (you'll see it on the main forums page). That's for folks who are in the "lower" weight brackets or who don't have a lot to lose. Special challenges there!

Since you're close to goal, you may find you have to be pretty strict on your plan to drop those last few pounds. That's what I'm finding as I'm getting closer to my goal. (Also I don't have as much stamina! )

Good luck!

Welcome back, haleys! I'm officially in those last 10-15 pounds myself, and I already find it tempting to go off track ("I'm so close, I've come so far / I can have that ice cream bar!" ...bad maalisse!), so I feel your pain. Good luck to you in your final push!

Have patience. I've been losing the last few pounds, but very slowly.

Welcome back Haleys. I'm afraid I don't have any tips to share (besides, I'm afraid I am sliding into that 'last 10-15 pounds' thing myself now) but I sure hope you'll find a way.

You have come to the right place for the support and encouragement you need to reach that final goal!! Welcome back!! I don't have any real advice, except you may need to really watch your calorie intake and maybe drop it a little and keep on excersizing. but i'm sure the good people in the featherweights department may have some more information.....but i'll support and encourage you as much as i can!!!
