Hello!! I haven't been to 3FC in so long, but I am back!! I have lost a lot of weight since I started and am at 156 now, my goal is 145 and I need a kick in the butt to get it done! I've been wanting to lose these last 10-15lbs for soooo long that I just need to make it happen! I'm glad to be back, 3FC is such a supportive environment, I can't wait to reach my goal!!
Any tips for the last 10-15 would be great!!

I'm afraid I don't have any tips to share (besides, I'm afraid I am sliding into that 'last 10-15 pounds' thing myself now) but I sure hope you'll find a way.
