Default Hello newbie here

Hi folks

New to site - sadly not to trying to lose weight. Weighing in at 230lbs and would like to get 147lbs in 13 months. I am living in oz at the moment and looking for a bit of support.

I am a bit of an adventurer - moved to Oz for 2 years and do things like diving, flying lessons, boxing and learning tango. Would just like my weight to reflect who I am.

Anyhoo lets see how the first week goes.

Lynspott!

It can be done! And folks here can help.

Yes, as bargoo asked, What is your plan for weight loss? Do you have one yet? You'll get plenty of ideas here, from calorie counting to structured programs like WW.

Enjoy!
