Default Strength/Toning DVD

Does anyone have any recommendations for a full body strength/ toning video that's 30-45 minutes long? (I lose interest \quickly)

I'm pretty good about getting my cardio in, so the video doesn't need to have very much if any of that, I'd rather have something that goes slower and focuses on form.

As far as equipment I have 5 and 10 pound dumbells, a red resistance band and a stability ball. I'd rather not have to buy anything else.

Any suggestions?

I like Jari Love also. I don't have the original Get Ripped, but I have her other 3 dvds. I like Slim & Lean the best. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's an hour long. I got burned out on it because of the length. I also have Gilad's Quick Fit system that has 3 cardio workouts and a strength training dvd with 4 different 20 minute segments for different body parts. So, you can't do the whole body in 30 minutes, but you can do your arms & shoulders, abs, chest & back, and hips, thighs and buns. Each workout is 20 minutes, give or take. So, you can do 2 different workouts for a total of 40 minutes. Most of the time I just do my own thing with dumbbells. Good Luck! Donna

Love love love Minna Lessig's Total Body Toning- 1 Minute Workout.

You can choose how long you want to work out for (I think anywhere from about 6-72 minutes, I usually do 42), what parts of the body you want to work (upper, lower, abs, total), and the level of intensity. Each individual exercise is 1 minute long. So if you workout for 30 minutes, you're doing 30 different exercises. Only things you need are a set of "light" and "heavier" weights. I use 5 and 10lbs. It's great for those of us with workout ADD because each time you use the DVD, it randomly picks different execises. It's kind of fun to see what you're going to have to do next.
