Personal trainers are great Dan. I found that they push me much more than I push myself. I leave completely exhausted but feeling fantastic once I can catch my breath again

I switched gyms and can't afford a trainer now but when I had one she did show me EXACTLY how to do each exercise properly. I have all my exercise plans she created for me so I just need to incorporate those at this gym. So far I've just been lazy and only done water aerobics and a little treadmill. I really need to get to toning so I won't have so much flab later on down the road. Good luck with the trainer and if they have a special see about getting one for 6 sessions or so. That's enough time to get a good routine worked out for you.
