Everyone getiin started???

Happy back to work week everyone. Are we all in for the challenge? I started yesterday on FF, im taking it one meal at a time. Using Luna bars this time. one questions can I use all flavors or must I choose only from a few.:)

I am starting day 1 of the summer meltdown (TO!) today and also using Luna's. I am pretty sure you can use whatever flavor you want as long as they are comparable. I am a Chocolate Peppermint Stick addict so that's what I eat everyday.

I started yesterday and had a POP day. One down, lots to go.

We were pretty much POP yesterday, but not quite... So I'm getting started by doing a strict POP TO off the bat...

Workouts begin this week as well.. I have a "complimentary" couple of sessions with a personal trainer later this week. My hope is that he'll be able to show me how to work out correctly so I can tone my muscles and tighten up some of this skin, rather than bulk up...

Personal trainers are great Dan. I found that they push me much more than I push myself. I leave completely exhausted but feeling fantastic once I can catch my breath again :) I switched gyms and can't afford a trainer now but when I had one she did show me EXACTLY how to do each exercise properly. I have all my exercise plans she created for me so I just need to incorporate those at this gym. So far I've just been lazy and only done water aerobics and a little treadmill. I really need to get to toning so I won't have so much flab later on down the road. Good luck with the trainer and if they have a special see about getting one for 6 sessions or so. That's enough time to get a good routine worked out for you.

I'm going on Day 2! 120 Minutes Down!

Dan, just beware that once you start toning, the scale will stop moving! Though I'm not complaining that I have the beginnings of a six pack and arms where you feel the muscle and not the fat. :strong:

i'm starting with TO today and tomorrow too! (I'll make my ticker when I get some time)

I gained over the weekend, but will still keep going on the challenge (I officially started mine last week.) Ugh...why can't I just keep off the weight I lose? (never mind, I know the answer to that already, heh.)

Keep swimming!!!
