I started drinking vodka and club soda with lime when doing Atkins years ago... and I just kept that as "my drink" because it is refreshing and light. I make sure to get a better vodka made from potato, not sugar cane or grain.
I think wine is a good choice since it's got alot of other benefits, so spritzers is a good idea, like Ruthxxx suggested.
This is probably a sticking point for me also... I like my cocktails!

It makes going back on phase I a real challenge for me.
