Default May Exercise Challenge!!!

I was so PUMPED UP after making my April goal of 1000 minutes~I actually got to 1230 minutes! So I decided to start up the May thread, I hope no one minds! It's easy, very laidback, just set yourself a goal for minutes of exercise and record every day....I find it easier to cut/paste the dates then go in and "edit" your own post every day. LET'S DO THIS! How many days in May anyway? 31? If I'm wrong, someone feel free to let me know!

My goal this month will be 1100 minutes and my secret goal will be 1300. Here we go!

May 1 - I knew this was going to be NONE so I'm okay with that
2 - 70 minutes gym time! 70
3 - work night, none70
4 - 60 minutes!...UBWO...130
5 - ahhh yeah....90 minutes of torture, heaven and ****....the bliss of the postworkout....220
6 - none
7 - none, work night
8 - 90 minutes, ahhhh...feeling great....310
9 - 80 grueling minutes! ......390
10 -

Well gals its over for me, I'll post at the end so you can all see it!

May 3 - 60 minutes, treadmill and weights
May 4 - 60 minutes, elliptical and bike

Hi ladies, I sure am in and am eager for yet another month. I am really seeing super results and feel so much better all the way around. I just love this exercise challenge, it has helped me tremendously. At the end of each month, I print out my shedule and keep my records in a folder.

NurseMichelle, congratulations, that's super! and also, congrats to all on their exercise regiments. Let's keep up the good work.

THis month, I am sticking with the same goal of 1400 minutes which kept me quite busy last month and I met goal by the skin of my teeth! lol MY exercise will consist of brisk or speed walking, aerobics, toning , and upper body strength training. I will also record any gardening I do for my records but am not going to add it to my minutes. Have a super day everyone.

hello ladies hope you all had a great weekend. I took the day off today. I didn't mind taking a break from the walking as I have been walking plenty and have a long walk planned for tomorrow but I really had aerobics on my menu for today and didn't do it, so I feel a bit out of sorts about that. I find that as the weather is getting nicer, I am less apt to do my tapes but it is very important to me and this is something I am going to have to watch. I think everyone is doing great! Ladies, I can't beleive it. TOday is the last day of our first week! Let's keep up the good work! Have a great day tomorrow.

5/1- 40 minutes (walk)
5/2- 85 min. (walk-40 min. 2.5mi., aerobics-30min., u.p.s.t-15min.)
5/3 - day off
5/4 - 60 min. (walk-45min., u.b.s.t-15min.)
5/5 - 95 min. (walk-65min., toning-30 min.)
5/6 - 45 min. (walk)
5/7 -nothing, honestly, I feel like a slacker today, lol : )
