OK...here is what I ate:
Monday
Breakfast: boiled egg and V8
Lunch: pinto beans, humus and ww pita, tomatoes
Dinner: big salad (olive oil dressing) and spaghetti w/ww pasta
see no snacks and no dessert....eat me eat!
Tuesday
Breakfast: string cheese and V8
Lunch: pinto beans, humus and ww pita, tomatoes
Dinner: applebees chicken breast w/cheese and veggies...I didn't eat the mashed potatoes...shoulda had a salad
again...no snacks or dessert
I am getting veggies and fiber...just not enough food...it could be worse right

I could be eating too much...I always said that I wouldn't do fitday because it would freak me out cause I would be eating too much...hahaha
