I was up late one night with the baby watching an Infomercial. The program was about shocking your muscles into shape. It used 3 different types of exercise. For 3 weeks you do one routine then the 4th week you do rest (walking/biking/etc..) Then The 5th week you start the second routine, 8th week rest, 9th week thrid routine, 12 week rest. Rinse and repeat till body is what you want... He also gave you info on useing what you have at home to get started before buying his. My problem is I liked what I saw and I wanted to give it a try but I fell asleep and never got the name of the video.. If Anyone knows what video this is I would love to get the name, or if any of you have tried this program please let me know what you thought of it. I know this video is not for a beginer like me but as he said use what you have till you are on a more intermediate level, then start his. Thats what the plan is, but impossable with no name
