It's a 30 minute "live" workout done with her "real" students. It is similar to her other ones, and is very fun. There are two turbos. It's good as an add-on if you like longer workouts, or if you only have 30 minutes, it's a good high-energy cardio workout.
Chalene doesn't cue very much in this one, so please don't get frustrated if you can't follow along right away. If you've already been doing Turbo Jam for a while, that wil make it easier for you.
