Default Help for flabby upper arms!!!!!

ok..the weight is coming off (17lbs since I started a couple months ago) and I exercise 6-7 days a week..most days I do a half mile walk to warm up, upper body with weights then 40-50 mintues on the eliptical and then more wights usually my legs then another half mile as a cool down..I'm losing inches also but this skin is just hanging on my upper arms..They do the wave all by themselves!!! Should I be doing something special for this? Will this eventually go away with time? I've always hid my arms and had so hoped to wear a sleevless shirt someday!!!!

~~~~that's my upper arms waving goodbye and thanks!
Sometimes it takes a while for your skin to catch up with your weight loss. Also, when you say you are doing upper body work, are you lifting heavy? Doing upper body work should help you shape your arms somewhat rather than them looking twiggy. Specifically bicep and tricep work will help your upper arms and don't forget shoulder work
Are you doing upper body and lower body weights every day? Your body does need a rest between weight workouts of the same muscle group.
