Hi
SYLVIA . . .

. . . I'm in Pictou and since it is not one of the bigger provinces, I guess I'll just assume we are almost neighbours.

However, I am originally 'from away'. Born and raised in Toronto and transplanted down here about 13 years ago.
Anyway, you have definitely made a very important step on the long, winding road to better health and fitness by coming to 3FC. You will love it here, I'm sure. It is a great big site, so take your time and have a good look around. Don't be shy; just hop on in and start posting whenever something catches your eye. I know you will receive a very warm welcome wherever you may wander.
On that same note, we have an active CRAZY CANUKS CLUCK CLUB here at 3FC and I certainly hope you will make that one of your regular stops on this community . . . here is a link . . .

To set up a Weight Ticker . . . at the top of any community page, just under the picture of the 3 chicks, you will see a purple Navigation Bar . . . click on the first item which is "User CP". Then, in the control Panel listing on the left side of the screen, click on the first item which is "Edit Signature". Then you will see a sample of a ticker and the rules for using them. After you read those little guidelines, just click on "click here" in the mauve sentence under the original sample. This will take you to the place where you can access all the options for both the ticker and the slider part. Just follow the directions. If you get into any trouble, give me a yell . . . I'll be watching for you.
For more details about the various features of the site and how to use them . . . take a look at the Announcements Forum . . . here's a link to it . . .

Anyway, enough of my blathering for now. Have a great moving and shaking kind of evening, Chickie . . . and I'll be looking forward to seeing you again soon . . .
PS: Hope your weather has NOT been quite as awful as ours has been on this side of Mt. Thom . . . really yucky.
