Hello everyone!
Its time for me to stop this beast before it gets out of hand.. and it already has!! I have gained almost 20 pounds in just a year!! And its time for me to loose it!!
My fiance and I did the ol cupboard purge yesterday... and have begun our journey back to our healthy weights.
We're not doing any specific diet per-say.... just low-fat for the most part... whole wheat based carbs in the early day tapering off with only meat and veg in the evening. Lots and lots of fish. =D Borrowing a bit from Sonoma diet here and there... and a bit of traditional Japanese fare as well.... exercise will be based on the Body for Life program (alternating cardio and weight training)
We'll be getting married in December... and I plan to have every ounce of it gone looong before then!
