Smile Slippery Slope

Hi Everyone,
I having been looking around the site for over a week now, and I love the support I see everyone giving and receiving. I have slowly lost weight since the births of my twins (in 2004), but in January I made the decision to speed things up. The last couple of weeks have been awful, and I keep telling myself, you will start back tomorrow. Well, after years of batteling with my weight, I know how this goes and it is a slippery slope for me. So today is the day and I am starting by introducing myself and and saying Hello. Let's all have a great day!!

Hi V Woman!

Welcome!

Congratulations on being a mother of TWINS!!!

Congratulations on your great weight loss so far!

You are just four pounds away from what people here call ONEderland...weighing in the 100s instead of the 200s or 300s etc. You can use THAT as a great motivator for starters!

Are your journalling? I know how important it is for me to keep my journal because it encourages me when I am down and also provides me with insight into all the things I am learning about myself.

Something else that has helped me is to log onto Fitday. It's free and is helping me to stay honest about the calories I am putting into my body. Here's the site if you'd like to take a look!
