Hi everyone, I'm new here. Although I've been lurking on and off for 6 months or so, I decided it's finally time to get serious again.
Over this past summer I lost about 20lbs and have managed to keep it off.
But I would really love to lose another 10lbs (dare I say it, maybe even 15lbs) and I just can't seem to make
any of it go away. I want to get back into the habit of working out again, I've really lapsed, but I've become much better about what I've been eating (which I think is why I haven't gained the weight back).
I'm in school so it's hard to find time to eat right, but I've found that making myself lunch in the morning (or night before) and not bringing any money to campus is really helpful for both my diet and my bank account.
