Coming out of hiding
Hi everyone, I'm new here. Although I've been lurking on and off for 6 months or so, I decided it's finally time to get serious again.
Over this past summer I lost about 20lbs and have managed to keep it off. :carrot: But I would really love to lose another 10lbs (dare I say it, maybe even 15lbs) and I just can't seem to make any of it go away. I want to get back into the habit of working out again, I've really lapsed, but I've become much better about what I've been eating (which I think is why I haven't gained the weight back). I'm in school so it's hard to find time to eat right, but I've found that making myself lunch in the morning (or night before) and not bringing any money to campus is really helpful for both my diet and my bank account. :) |
Hi, Welcome and great start on your loss. Lots of great people here. We are always around for support. Post whenever and wherever you feel comfortable.

SavingServo, looks like you've been doing GREAT with your weight! Good for you. Good idea to make 'n' take your lunch. I'm sure that if you kept watch on your food and increased your activity/exercise, you would make some headway.
