Remember, you just have to be motivated enough to get through today. Tomorrow, you can motivate for tomorrow, but for today, just make some small changes. Then make them again tomorrow. Then continue to make a conscious choice to live that day with motivation. It gets easier, I think, but for now, its simply one day at a time.
