I figured I'd give this a whirl. I want to loose 10 lbs for St. Patrick's Day---
My son is graduating HS in June and I would really like to look better in clothes. I also ALWAYS feel tired. No energy. The doldrums of winter in NJ
I really need to make this goal.
Good luck meeting your goal! What plan are you following? That tiredness during winter--do you take a good multivitamin? Especially D and calcium in the winter are good.
