Congratulations on being a mom of TWINS!

I had just one child at a time and didn't have time for ME until they were in JUNIOR HIGH!!!!
Most of us here are in an ever-watchful mode when it comes to weight loss. When I finally "got" it that I could NEVER AGAIN eat like I used to eat if I wanted to maintain my weight loss, it was a real eye-opener for me. Then I realized that I'd have to re-adjust my plan as I lost even MORE weight or I'd go back up in weight. Must be ever careful, I'm afraid!
Try to get as much sleep as you can, and weigh yourself often. I didn't do either of those things, and I believe that contributed to my weight gain after having my sons.
