I am not sure how to use this. I just registered today. what is a thread. how do i respond without making a new thread. how do i see who has responded to me? how do people put all that bmi stuff at the end of there posts?
A thread is just a discussion topic and all the replies to it. You started a thread when you posted that message.
When you read a thread, you can post a reply using the button at the bottom of the window after the last post on a page.
Try reading the stuff for new people at the top of this forum (Introductions). It tells you how to do things like post a signature, put in a progress bar, etc.
Welcome, Hope to hear from you again. Look around. There are lots of great ideas. I came here after reading the YOU by Oz and Roizen. Now I have read Superfoods by Pratt, after reading a great post in the goals.
