I consider this the first day of my new life. I have made a resolution and no matter how hard I will stick with it. My goal is to reach 160 lbs by eating healthy and doing regular exersize.
I have done all the diets, just like everyone here. I can always lose the weight, it is keeping it off that I struggle with.
