Hi again,I think the magazine was called fitness...for Susan I know what I like to eat and it is chocolate and sweets!and I know they are a no-no but easier said than done..I am a night time eater and if it wasnt for eating then I would probably not have a weight problem,I just cant get out of the habit..I even sneak food when my husband goes to sleep...I do walk and go to the gym and I like most foods that are quick and easy...thanks

Well, then how about smaller portions of chocolate and fewer? Carrots are sweet, so is fruit. A lot of folks eat at night, they just are careful that they choose wisely, factor it in to calorie counts etc.

Quick and easy? A lean protein and vegetables.
