Hello everyone!
I am a 26 soon to be 27 year old momma of 2 boys....I cannot blame this weight on them because I was skinnier than I was in high school after my second one I was eating healthier and excercising more than ever and down to a size 12-14 depended on brands....now I am a solid size 20 and weighing in at 250 People always tell me how beautiful I am and that doesnt help matters. I want to lose this weight for my health....I find that I eat when I am depressed or bored, and most of the time I dont eat the right things. I have reasonable goals- the small goal right now is to drop two pant sizes (which would put me at a 16) by July that is almost 6 mos away. I know I can do it but I need some motivation from people who know what it is like. I am attaching a picture of me now....
I hope I did it right...I would love some buddies to INSPIRE and MOTIVATE me....we could even set workouts together and talk afterwards....
