Hi there!
I am new here!
It is great that there are so many of you helping each other out!

I was wondering if anyone knows of any sites that have some sort of printable weight loss charts, measurement charts, or anything like that?

try this.... www.nhlbi.nih.gov& click on special pages& then aim for healthy weight. they have tips, a printable food & activity journal etc.
