Hi, after all the booze over Christmas I've found it hard to stop!

I love a glass of wine, which leads to a BOTTLE of wine,

so I've decided to just have 1 bottle over the week-end, or as Vortex suggested gin or other spirits & low cal mixers (tonic, lemonade, coke whatever). Though NOT A WHOLE BOTTLE of spirits, lol.

The thing is CONTROL, whether it's food or alcohol, we need to look at WHY and try to find something healthy to replace it. BUT of course a couple of drinks over the week-end or at parties/social occasions won't kill you or your diet! Good luck.
