I made great choices until I left the house. I need to stay home with limited temptations around me. Tomorrow I can do that until the evening until we go to a friend's house to decorate her tree (and you thought that I was slow!!!). She will have more goodies than you can imagine. OK, I'll spend the day girding my loins.

kathy, you're right. we shot a tournament at on target archery. i had the most fun there. two twelve year old boys wanted to shoot with me. they'd never shot a tournament before so i got to be "teacher" and teach them about line ettiquette, scoring, etc.... we had a blast. i'm going to mail them something from montana. i'll mail it to them care of "on target" (from ontarget)

vickie, i am very very proud of you for coming here tonight. (not that you should have thought of not coming) that's a small gain. you know what to do and you'll be all right. i'm counting my pts while doing core, too. that helps me stay in bounds. we'll get to our goals. we're "steel magnolias."
