frouf, i thought of you when rhonda told me she'd gotten a pink western hat and boots. very frouflike for sure. this is a tough time of year to be on a diet, isn't it? i don't know if it's holiday excitement or just cooler temps, but i'm having a hard time, too. i am doing well today and hope to hang in there the next few days. these last days here will be very stressful. i'm already having crying spells about having to leave even though i know we need to get home. it's just not easy to leave everyone. tell dh happy birthday for me.
