Staying Core Sunday menu, Sept. 24
I have to really watch myself for the next month; I'm determined to be 135 when I go to Chicago. Come **** or high water, I'm gonna do it!
Breakfast: scrambled egg, milk
Lunch: tuna with FF mayo, Splenda relish, red onion, and egg; carrots and dill dip (2 pts)
Dinner: black beans with guacamole, FF sour cream and FF cheddar
Snacks if needed: SF jello, milk
