Default Saturday's Sustenance, August 26, 2006

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, peaches (2 servings worth), and equal

Lunch: Tamale pie

Dinner: 2 small Chicken thighs, italian beef no bun; huge salad with FF honey dijon. Iced Decaf coffee with a light cream (2 points). Piece and a half of lemon poppyseed pop cake with FF cool whip (5 points)

Snack: Farina
Used 25 WPA's this week - 10 remaining

Breakfast: green tea and yocheese with strawberries and blueberries

Lunch: black beans and corn quesadilla (low fat, low carb whole wheat tortilla*) with FF mozzarella and salsa

Dinner: Broiled tilapia, sauteed mushrooms and artichokes (in olive oil), green beans and pearl onions, and a fruit salad of sliced kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple

*Each tortilla is 50 calories, 2 g. fat, and 8 g. fiber (capped at 4) ... my calculator is on my desk at work but I think they would be 1 pt each.
