Thumbs up March Monday Menu 3/6/06

Happy First Monday in March! We all need to plan ahead and focus on our goals!!


b: "fried" egg w/ one pc ww toast*
l: tuna salad (tuna, ff miracle whip, celery)
one slice ww bread*
spring mix salad (chickpeas and sunflower seeds too)
grapes
s: orange; triscuits and pepperjack cheese*
d:

*--non-core food (wpas)

How cool that the menu is here already!

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda, and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in

Lunch: Eggbeater omelet (no oil) FF cheddar/turkey sausage (points)/avocado/salsa; fruit cup with orange/grapes/strawberries

Snack: Gala Apple with 2T Smukers natural PB (points)

Dinner: Core Cornmeal chicken, Core oven fries with healthy oil

lunch: tuna on 1pt. eng. muffin--made with ff mayo and celery and onion
dinner: meatloaf and sweet potato and peas
snack: apple, popcorn, strawberries and ffmilk

l: couscous salad w/ black beans & red pepper
s: fresh pineapple (yum! Is there a lipsmacking smiley? ) ; yogurt w/ banana & strawberries
late dinner: chicken, oven fries, salad
s: (if desired) - ff/sf jello w/ a dab of ff cool whip
