Default Ry Krisp

Okay so my Kashi cereal isn't core- but what about the Ry Krisps? I have some of them and they are kind of cardboard-like, but not horrendously bad. Any thoughts?

Nope, sorry. There are no crackers and no breads that are currently considered Core (by WW, that is).

kat is right, but this reminds me of something from time to time: what are your thoughts on counting rice cakes as core since theyre lowcal and alot of air.

There is Wasa Fiber Rye.....not Core, 1 pts for 2 slices. WE rechecked again on our WW calculator.. originally posted as 0pts 2 slices,
But still that's kind of worth it. Even lite breads 1pt for 2 slices are worth it too. Or the Western Alternative Bagels...1pt..just check the package. WW Bagels (bigger than Alternatives) 2 pts...again worth it if you like your bread.
As for Rice Cakes, not claimed Core by WW guidelines.
WW does have a 'new' great bread....Rye Bread, Seedless...I know it is out in the NY area.
Just some thoughts and suggestions
