Default Let Me Know What You Think!!!!

Well ladies here is what I ended up eating today. Let me know what you think.

Banana
Oatmeal (2 servings) with splenda brown sugar
1/4 cup skim milk
banana
1 teaspoon mash potato's
3 little bites of lasagna
2 tablespoons of Vanilla yogurt
and 2 tablespoons of canned mixed fruit.
Taco chicken
Salad
2 clemetines.
And later if I want something will have a tangelo.
The lasagna and mash potato's were at our friends. And I hadnt put any of that on my plate. And friend said you have to try this. So that is how I handled it.
