Default Sunday's Sustenance Menu, February 12, 2006

Breakfast: Cheerios (Core enough) with skim and splenda

Snack: Banana

Lunch: LO cold Cormeal chicken

Snack: 3 WW one point mint patties

Dinner: Mixed baby greens salad (tomatoes, mushrooms, FF honey dijon), Froufie Sirloin Roast, Core mashed potatoes, broccoli

Dessert: Crustless pumpkin pie with FF cool whip and glass of skim

Hey guys - I am new and would like to start posting my daily menus. You guys have helped me out over the last couple of weeks! Thanks.

Breakfast: Puffed Wheat and FF Milk with Splenda
Lunch: Salad with FF Thousand Island Dressing
Snack: Banana and apple
Dinner: Core beef and maccaroni dinner

Kathy, it all sounds good. I'd be eating the salmon and asparagus. Two things I don't get at home.

Kathy you lunch sounds dee-lish.....I didn't realize Mac. Grill could be so Core Friendly.

I just checked out my area, and to my surprise there is one right on the corner....who knew!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope you had a very enjoyable time......see you on the board....
