Question Japanese Food on Core

Can anyone give me an idea of what Japanese foods are ok on core? I know that the fish is but I'd have to count the rice if I ate sushi and not sashimi. What about fish eggs? Or the ginger vinegrette that they put on the salad? Seaweed? I think Miso soup and edaname is core. Any advice?
Also the names of any core cold cereals that you are enjoying would be great too. I am trying to eat grape nuts and, though not bad, is kind of gravelly.
Thanks!

You can actually get sushi made with brown rice in some places. It doesn't stick together as well, but it tastes good. As far as I know roe, kelp, miso soup, and edamame are core. Probably not the salad dressing though.

And I like Fiber One and Trader Joe's High Fiber cereals. (I don't think Grape Nuts is core, but you could check the ww boards.)
