Hi... I live on Long Island, but it probably doesn't matter if we talk about core together.. I just started on Sat. morning.. How much popcorn is allowed in order to lose weight.. I know they saw eat comfortable, but the last time I tried and ate popcorn, I didn't loose... I am having Kashi puffs, shredded wheat, or ff yogurt with a banana each day... lunch I had 1/2 can of salmon with veggies- dinner chicken, fish, whole wheat pasta with shrimp. Can you give any thoughts.....I am going to try some of the desserts on this web-site.. like ff/sf pudding with crushed pinepple, or poached pears with vanilla pudding on top... snacks-fruit or ff pudding in cup, and I tryed the 1 pt. choc-caramel candy each night. Have any thoughts to help... I hope I can lose weight.. Last time I quit, since I didn't loose anything... Jan
