Default Thank You!!

I just want to Thank everyone for making me feel welcomed here.
The day started out alright for the eating. But ended up not being that good. It turned out not being a Core day. But compared to how I have been eating. It was a great day.
2 boiled eggs with slice whole grain bread
half of a half of biscuit with a tablespoon sausage gravy, and a scrambled egg. 2 apples. A small piece of pizza. It was about the size of half of a WW pizza.
So for me this is a good day. Compared to what has been going on.
I was checking out the Core board 35. I think that was the name of it.
But anyway. There was a reciepe for hot cocoa on there.
The non fat milk is that like the Carnation stuff.
The pudding is it the instant or cook. And is it just the small box.
The cocoa powder. Is that the hersey kind.
I know really stuip questions. But not sure. So thought I would ask.
Again thank you for making me feel welcomed.
I hope everyone has a great evening.
Coco

Hello,

The non fat milk powder is any kind. The sf pudding is instant, small box. The cocoa is pure, no sugar added, and you must try the oatmeal banana that I found on the recipes here, I think that's it, enjoy.

Banana Baked Oatmeal

2 cups oatmeal dry
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup skim milk
½ cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cups Splenda
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Mix dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients.
Pour into a sprayed 8” square pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
Cut into 6 pieces.
