Breakfast: Mission Carb Balance tortilla with egg, sausage, cheese -- and milk
Lunch: LO potatoes and carrots with onion soup mix baked in
Dinner: cheerios and milk

Your breakfast sure sound delish!
Breakfast: oatmeal w/sliced banana, decaf w/light cream
Snack: probiotic yogurt, apple
Lunch: probably cabbage rolls - or whatever else I can find at russian restaurant that is core friendly
Snack: baby carrots w/dip
Dinner: hopefully rib roast if dh is home in pm to cook it otherwise something w/ground beef (chili w/pasta?)
strawberries
Must INCREASE water consumption!

d: sandwich, small scoop potato salad
s: bowl of chili
I have a really weird schedule tomorrow. Will probably be working until 7 or 8.

kathy, your bfast and lunch both sound good. i'm not sure about your dinner, though. (maybe that's why i'm fat?)
frouf, i have been lax with water the past 2 days. maybe that's why my scales have stalled.
melissa, popcorn sounds great. i get it one night this week, too.

yikes! i forgot to eat my mandarin oranges at lunch. i hate when that happens. oh, well, guess it gives me more for later when i'll prob need it more. that salad was HUGE!

My Aunt Flo passed away 19 years ago.
Can't say I was sorry to see her go!
