My day:

Breakfast: 1 pkg oatmeal, splenda, handful of blueberries, glass of milk

Snack: 1 cheese string, perrier

Lunch: tuna/egg salad, tossed salad w/olive oil, balsamic vinegar, yogurt

Dinner: small grilled top sirloin steak, 1/2 baked sweet potatoes, green peas, handful of walnuts

Tonight: if we go to the movies - popcorn and diet pepsi! (our favorite)

Sandra, you're so funny!!

I had no breakfast because I was cooking.

For lunch, I had 1/2 grilled tenderloin, salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing, broccoli and a roll.

And no dinner.
