I haven't done Core in a while and was wondering if there are any new aproved cereals besides All-Bran

Some of the WW cereals just got the Core checkmark on the box. The only one I know the name of is the Vanilla Puffs or whatever it's called. It's really good.

As far as I know, shredded wheat, Fiber One, puffed rice and puffed wheat are all acceptable. I eat a lot of oatmeal because it's easy to cook and it is very filling.

How about that new Weight Smart Oatmeal--it has the same nutritional information as regular oatmeal

If the Weight Smart is flavored, it won't count. I've seen the commercials but don't know if it comes in plain or not. If it's good, I might consider it.

Vickie, I really like that cereal and I eat either a big bowl or two regular sized ones. If I have a banana with it (cut up on top of the cereal ... yummmm) it'll usually be enough.

Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Maple are the flavors of the WW one's. Most likely not Core, have not heard that mentioned at a meeting so far...

Farina is definetly Core. Don't know about the other two.

Maltomeal is also definitely Core. It is one of my very favorite things.
