I was going to have a Tweak Week but when I realized that all except 6 points of my menu were core, I decided I will just count those towards my 35. This exercise has reminded me why I hated flex (sorry to all those who love it).
b: oatmeal (2 pts)
l: lemon piccata smart ones meal (4 pts); carrots, celery, broccoli w/ ff ranch dip; kudos bar (2 pts)
s: pineapple (1 pt), applesauce (1 pt)
d: rotissiere chicken, black beans and brown rice (around 13 pts)
s: sf/ff pudding (2 pts); popcorn (2 pts)
Counting it all up though shows me that I am eating way too many points, but it is core. I guess I'm eating too much in general??
Anyway, 6 points count towards my 35 for the day.
