Default Weaning Ourselves from Sugar; aka Wednesday menu, Nov. 2

If the only way you can stay away from the sugar is by totally getting rid of the Halloween candy, just stop right now and go flush it down the toilet.

Good, you're back. Now for some ... I think this will be a points day for me, from now until next Tuesday night. Just for fun.

Breakfast: Well, I had a McDonald's Egg McMuffin and hash browns. Ya happy? (Lots of points but at least it wasn't sugar!)

Lunch: beef tips, broccoli and lt. string cheese

Dinner: I'm having the lightest meal, which will probably be cheerios, milk, WW toast and Take Control* margarine

Total points = 23; calories = 1125

*cholesterol-lowering margarine -- it's really very good

Um, thanks Quilter. Maybe you missed the part where I said this would be a points week. The total is 23, and that includes everything in my menu.

Is that all you are having? That looks like it is 7-8 points at the most? I dont know how many you get a day....but you possibly cannot be eating enough to lose anything!
