I am wearing a (rather clingy) twinset today that I haven't worn in years. I am feeling paranoid but I at least thought it looked okay enough to wear.

Congratulations, Melissa! I'll bet it changes your whole outlook today! And it's almost like getting new clothes, isn't it? I think twinsets are such a classy look, and so I'm going to see if I can find one. (Paranoia will destroy ya, don't you know???)

I don't have a NSV to report, except that I was able to bring all the planned food today and am right on track with breakfast and first snack. I have high hopes that I'll continue to be good indefinitely, until being good becomes the norm.

today i put on my jeans and they felt looser. i even had a wrinkle in my butt. i had popcorn last night so i am especially proud of feeling smaller even after a salt fest.

I did NOT have any of the donut holes in the office yesterday - and while at the movies last night I got a big bag of popcorn - but was not that hungry for it - so I nibbled on it a bit (drank my diet pepsi) and then brought the rest home!
